Jayme's dad and my dad were brothers. Jayme is six years older than me, and growing up I thought she was just about the coolest person. If little girls could be bad asses, Jayme was one : ). She was the real-life version of Icebox from Little Giants. She grew up in Oregon and I grew up in Colorado, but whenever our families would visit each other, I would follow her around and gawk over her coolness.

Now that we are both grown up and living in the same state, we've been able to spend more time together. It has been really good. She is crazy busy working two jobs and taking care of a house, two dogs, two horses, and a cat. But the times we do hang out are really fun. Jayme is always having us over to watch Blazer games, and we go on summer vacation together every year.
Jayme is engaged to Mike, who is a really great guy. He is the type of guy that will go to Wendy's to buy himself lunch, and bring you back a Frosty, even if you didn't ask for it. He is just that nice! And then he will proceed to join you in singing the Frosty song (True story. He made my day). He is really fun, and Bryce and I both like being around him.
I'm really excited to celebrate Jayme and Mike's wedding this July. Bryce and I love them both and are so happy they are going to be together for the rest of their lives.
